Entry to Employment

e2e is a post 16 service designed to support our learners typically aged 16 to 18 who need direction and skills to enhance their employability skills and broaden their career opportunities. An individualised training programme is devised to cover vital life skills development such as independent living skills, how to budget, interview techniques, employability skills, advice and guidance into further education or apprenticeships. In addition, vocational taster courses offer the learner an insight into the industry they may be thinking of entering. These include:

  • Plumbing
  • Health & Beauty
  • Electrical Installation
  • Hairdressing
  • Roofing & Tiling
  • Music Technology
  • Bricklaying
  • ICT
  • Carpentry
  • Customer Service
  • Painting & Decorating
  • Numeracy
  • CSCS Card
  • Literacy

It's not all work!

Our enrichment activities are designed to be fun. These include football, camping, water sports, fitness camp, breakfast club and educational visits. These activities help to develop the learners’ sense of being part of the team, their communication skills and to ultimately prepare them to be valued members of society.
