Course Content and Key Information:
Available at Levels 1 and 2, our Games Design qualification offers comprehensive training in various aspects of Game Design. With an optional Level 3 in Software Development for those that wish to pursue Higher Education.
Accessible for SEND:
Sutton and District Training strive to make all our vocations accessible to young people with SEND, within our Creative Media department, class tutors and LSA’s introduce vocational language and terminology and allowing over-teaching to solidify their learning. Adaptive assessment methods such as allowing audio recordings in place of written assignments ensure that all learners can achieve their full potential.
Learners will also have access to the Preparation for Adulthood & work skills curriculum. As well as enrichment activities and trips to Comic-Con and Guildford Games.
Entry Requirements
There are no entry requirements for this course. An initial assessment will be carried out to determine the level at which is best suited for each learner.
